Article 2, The executive branch, Section 2, Clause 3
     "The President shall have Power to fill up all Vacancies that may happen during the Recess of the Senate, by granting Commissions which shall expire at the End of their next Session."



     Well since Christina Romer,resigned. Obama had to replace her with Austan Goolsbee, So now he is the Chair of economical advisers. He advised Barack Obama in his 2004 Senate race and was the senior economic advisor to the 2008 Obama presidential campaign. Obama really thinks that Goolsbe will really make and difference and help him with his future campaigns.

     This video clearly reates to Article 2, The executive branch, Section 2, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution. The constitution says that Obama can elect an replacement if someone resigns and he need to find someone else. So Obama elected Goolsbe because he had prior experence when dealing with huge campaigns. He also know how chaotic it can be but he is a very foucued and responsible person. But the power was all in Obama's hand since he was able to elect an replacement.

    In my point of view this was a good idea because it was not a commotion. When doing elections it really chaotic and cheating can happpen. But by doing this process it was much calmer because there were no arguments or disagreements because the power was held in one persons hand. But this is also a bad idea because no one else got a say in who was elected. What if Obama didnt make the right decision and elected someone who could not have the right intentions of being in his important position.
